Advance Directive Workshop on April 29, 2023!

Many of us have spoken to family and friends about what we would like to happen if we are unable to speak for ourselves, such as after an accident or severe health event. But do you have a plan in place? Have you recorded those preferences so loved ones don’t have to guess? Have you appointed a person to speak on your behalf if that happened? (A healthcare durable power of attorney)

Jemez Aging in Place sponsored a presentation --a hands-on workshop with small groups, each with their own facilitator --to learn how to do all of these things using a handy booklet that was provided at no charge. If you're interested in learning more, contact JAIP.
